Friendly, open conversation. Asked about customer service skills & experience in further details, difficult experience where you have worked well & also availability. Didn’t have to wait to hear back, was employed on the spot after the interview & set up first shift dates - very efficient.

in total, 3 questions were asked. I recall one asking about a time when I had worked in a group or as part of a team. after the questions, I had to say when I would be free for work.
