I worked with a recruitment firm that secured an interview with this company. This process took almost a month. my interviewer introduced herself from the company she used to work for, once they discovered my skills were not quite what they wanted we ended our phone meeting. She then called me a week later to schedule an in person interview when I questioned her she indicated they did want an in person interview and then emailed me to rescind the offer she made a mistake. Not the kind of mistake that should be made which is a red flag for possible disorganization
