There's a multi-stage interview process. The first step is talking with the Director of Talent. Next, there's an interview with the Director of Instruction that requires some completion of some typical test prep materials beforehand. The materials and process the company uses are discussed in the interview. The interview is called a training/evaluation, as you're being trained in the TPG methods, but still being evaluated for your fit within the company. If that goes well, there's another training/eval with the same person to finish up the training and further evaluate you. After that, you meet with the CEO of the company to train in the philosophy of the company and learn how to effectively connect and communicate with students. If all steps go well, you will be offered a position with the company.
