3 stages:
1. screening phone call - around 30 minutes, questions about my background, motivations and general team fit
2. phone call with CEO - 45 minutes call, discussing different aspects of the job and how I could meet their objectives. In-depth introduction to the company and it's future plans
3. lunch with the CEO + Head of Sales - initially planned as 1 hour lunch + chat (ended up being 1,5h because we had many topics to discuss). It was a mix of general "getting to know each other", their expectations for the role and my plans on how to handle it. Nice, relaxing atmosphere.
The whole experience was really positive and encouraging. Everyone was friendly, constantly in touch with me and ensuring that the process goes smoothly.
