The interview process was prolonged over many months with 2-4 week gaps between interview stages. There were 6 interviews in total (the first 5 virtual with various team-members on zoom / Teams platforms) and the last one was in person with a core group. Finally, about 1 month after the 6th interview, I was contacted and told that TT would like to make an offer, and then they just ghosted, only to appear an additional1 month later with an offer for a lesser role I didn't even apply to. A half year process for this? No thank you. The entire process struck me as unprofessional and at various times I wanted to pull out of it, but for sheer wonder about 'what are they going to do next' I stayed in the game. Mistake.
