I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Health Resources (Arlington, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
It is fairly straight forward. You apply and a recruiter contacts you and gauges your qualification/desire for a position. First, a recruiter will contact you. Then, you will set-up an interview with the hiring manager. Last, the hiring manager and select employees will perform a panel interview to decide if you will be a good fit for the position.

Interview
Submitted my application online and was contacted to schedule an interview. Interview consisted of two panels, one was the leadership team and the second was a peer panel. Each interview was 30 minutes and they were done back to back.
Standard process with recruiter and manager. Asked to discuss resume and interest in position. Advised of outcome by recruiter with either offer or no offer and deadline to accept offer.
Super quick. Friendly phone interview, there may be 1-2 rounds with floor managers/charge nurses. They communicate well - via email or phone; so make sure you check your phone often.
