It’s quick and easy. Started after a week of interview and testing. The interviewers are nice too. Good experience for an entry-level job. Happy to do this for my first corporate job.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
It was a three stage interview process:
5-6 Question online video (Hirevue) - This part was extremely easy. The questions were the usual behavioral questions. You have a minute to read and think about each question, and then two minutes to answer each one.
The second interview was an hour long phone interview with two engineers. This interview was very easy going. The interviewers asked question about leadership and organizational skills.
The third interview was an onsite interview at the Dallas location. I had to prepare a presentation on a project from school. After that, there were two one hour small panel interview. These interviews were very relaxed. The last part was a group project, where we had a small task to complete within fifteen minutes.

Interview
Two video calls, both focusing more on what kind of person I am rather than technical skills. 2nd interview did go more deeply into my resume, was asked to explain my projects in detail and the challenges/successes I experienced with them.
