Phone screen from the hiring manager followed by panel interview. They ask about your experience and how you fit in- very laid back. The offer process is different- instead of calling you with the company's offer, TI takes into account what you are making and makes you an offer on that. Declined because the offer they gave was lower than what I was making. Seems like they didn't want me hard enough.
