One MCQ test followed by two technical interviews
MCQ test was offline and had questions on C,architecture, OS and aptitude(30 questions)
interview questions were mainly focused on C and Operating System.
Later had on HR interview where they asked about future studies plan,preferred job location etc.
So overall process was very simple and transparent.

then 1-2 rounds of technical interviews(depending on your performance, some selected in 1st,some in 2nd)(main questions from OS((Operating Systems), CSA(Computer System Architecture) , Stack usage and basic programming)..
final is the HR interview(general questions about yourself,family and future intrests)..

Interview
Basically arranged by a consultancy firm. Informed that interview will be done on the basis of the electronics design systems and the software skill sets(C/C++, scripting etc.) . First there was a telephonic from TI Bangalore itself, who asked what are the things I ma interested and which kind of projects I have already worked. Asked about some very basics of basic electronics and told that be prepared for the F-F round in their office.
in TI office they went through few quality level of electronic design rounds.
