They reached out to set up an interview. The night before, it had to be pushed (fine) and said they'd reach out in a few days to reschedule. Never heard back, so I reached out and radio silence. For 3 weeks. I message the person I was supposed to interview with (on LinkedIn) and never hear back. I then look up boss and email and never hear back. I got to a point where I just wanted a response as to whether or not the position had been filled and basically proof of life from ANYONE at this company! It was ridiculous. Just be a human being and reply to someone that YOU reached out to in the first place. If this is how the company is run, I'm glad I'm not working there.
