      -Now called “Annex88” -Hipster vibe, cool holiday parties, cool brands

      Cons

      -Absolutely no structure in role, career, pay, benefits...etc. -There is no HR or standard for employee wellbeing -Run projects and overall business like a procrastinating college kid: interns running around to get things done, using employees as “models”, extremely over worked -CEO completely micromanages & overrides every decision, often yells across the office incapable of controlling his tantrums -No effort to teach employees

      snacks in the office sometimes will get to work with and meet great people

      Cons

      a company that's mainly focused on hiring "cool people" only. if you wear Louis Vuitton head to toe, or Gucci everyday, or Supreme, congrats you'll most likely get the job. CEO of the company is a spiritual wannabe and cultural appropriator. Quotes Osho (cult leader of Rajneeshis that went to jail) all the time. There's no room for growth. Very clique-y, will only bring certain creatives on certain projects. There's no work/life balance, they expect you to answer slacks even if you're in another country. A company that truly favors white people but somehow prides themselves on diverse employees. The entire board is white men + women, with few people of color in junior positions, not even manager positions. pretty toxic work environment.
