I had a Zoom interview with the team and was told they would follow up, but I never heard back afterward. Unfortunately, the process ended with complete silence. Regardless of the outcome, candidates invest significant time preparing and interviewing. A simple follow-up or rejection email would demonstrate basic professionalism and respect. I hope the company and HR team consider improving communication so candidates are treated with more transparency and empathy.
