The Allegiance Group + Pursuant interview questions

I was called 2 days after I applied for an HR screening. Immediately was sent an email asking to set up an interview with the hiring manager. Interview seemed to go well. Was told I should hear back in 1 to 2 weeks. After almost two weeks I followed up with the hiring manager. No response. Was completely ghosted. It's been a month now. The job posting has been up for two months now and was just reposted 3 days ago. Seems like they have no intention of actually hiring anyone.
