Easy going, the manager was kind and talked about my interests and why I wanted to work there as well as my availability. Also talked about things not related to the role.

Interview
Relaxed and friendly with some technical questions. More an assessment of personality and how well one could hold a conversation. Even if the technical question was not entirely correct the interaction and connection held more importance.
Just had a chat to the manager about myself and he essentially just gauged if I was outgoing and would be able to speak to customers well. I then met the boss who trusted the manager's instinct and I got the job immediately.
