The Baldwin Group interview questions

The interview process consisted of 4 rounds over a few weeks. The first interview was just a talk with a recruiter, the second was a talk with the CTO, the third was another talk with an internal recruiter, and the fourth was with 3 developers. The first three rounds were pretty straightforward and were pretty basic. The fourth round felt more like a grilling than an actual interview, though. No dialog. No conversation. Just question after question about various coding topics. It was more like they expected you to be a search engine than an actual engineer. If you interview here, be prepared to become ChatGPT.

Was very smooth. The recruiter was helpful. The whole process took 3 weeks once the interview took place to when I was hired. Was a totally of three interviews over those 3 weeks.
