Interviewed over the phone twice with HR person. Second interview was a very long phone call with all situational questions, took about an hour. Then received a call to do an in-person interview. That consisted of an interview that again was all situational questions, with no questions about my background, although did give me an opportunity to ask questions and discuss the position. That was followed by another manager giving me a stack of info about a potential client, they put me in a room and told me that I had an hour to prepare for a phone sales call to a customer. It was information overload, did the call, manager was not too difficult on the 'mock' phone call, but, the whole experience was very strange. They told me I would not get any feedback. In about two days I received a rejection email. I tried to follow-up via email to the local manager, however, got no response. After the interview process I would not want to work for this company.
