There were 4 face to face interviews before I got the offer. The main reason they do this is because the pay you for 8-12 weeks of training and they want to make sure not only you are the right person for the job, but you actually want to stay on after being hired. They will ask basic questions in the interview, have you sit with a rep 2 or three times and have you do a sales pitch, usually over the phone. Main thing: when doing the fake phone sales pitch, make sure to ask your "customer" alot of questions about the business, find out their needs and pitch them based on that and the products they give you to sell. Make sure it includes print and internet products. If you do that, have decent experiences, and show a passion for internet advertising, you will get the job.
