The interview process wasn't unique but did fell better than most companies. Everyone seemed to genuinely like the company and it values. They reinforce the values and ethics of the company in every interview step and carefully make sure that they choose someone that will represent the brand and carry out the goal.

Whole process took around a month, which idk, could be expected for this kind of role? Was very pleasant; the manager was lovely as was the rest of the team. It was a positive experience. Role play as assistant manager where I had to brief the team on the KPIs for the day (15/20 mins) and then achieve them.

Very nice and casual but also they delve deeper to find out if you are the right fit for the company in line with their visions, no personal questions but you must know more about what the company is about and what they do in the background other than JUST selling their products

Spoke with store manager of the store I was interviewing for, another closeby store manager and the district manager during the interview. Normal questions were asked of me, including my experience, "what would you do" and "what have you done" situation-based questions, management style, how I plan on driving sales, my customer service skills, "downtime" work, delegating tasks, holding to goals etc.
