The interview process was quick, efficient and the HR dept got back to me quite quickly. There were two rounds of Interviews, one with the HR dept and one with my department's manager

Interview
Had to go through the initial application process which led to a telephone interview.
Interview lasted about half an hour and they asked competency based questions which were what you would expect. Nothing to difficult, although I would suggest reading on current trends in the retail market.
