The Carolina Executive interview questions

The process was composed of 3 interviews. The first was easy and a 'get to know you' style. The second interview offer email had an incorrect address and I showed up to an empty office building for my interview. Luckily I had time to drive across town to the correct location. I was offered the job via a phone call on a Friday and asked to come in the following Monday for training despite the fact that I had not yet accepted the offer and repeatedly told them I needed to give my employer 2 weeks notice (didn't seem to be a problem before) . I also asked for the offer details in writing and they never responded. The last thing I was told was "I'll call you back" and I never received a call. I also reached out via email for ask about offer details and never heard back. Very sketchy and unprofessional to give an offer but never give the details or even wait for a response. I'm thankful that I did not end up accepting an offer from a company that refuses to clearly communicate compensation, benefits and expectations before hiring someone. Please be careful if you're interviewing for this company. The interview process seemed very normal and legit until I made the simple and common request of having the offer in writing and they ghosted me.

Group interview with friendly staff. Questions were mainly hypotheticals and really showed personality. Should know basic business and marketing terms. Wait time for interview might be long so be prepared and free up your schedule for the day.
