Interview
The Cheesecake Factory is always hiring and employees are consistently quitting. However, you make larger tips compared to other restaurants. They had a job posting on craigslist.com. I went into the restaurant and asked the hostess for an application. The hostess was pleasant until I asked for the application. The hostess led me to the bar area to fill out the application. After I completed it, I took it back to the hostess, who said would you like to speak to a manager. I responded with of course. It took at least 20 minutes for the manager to come out. We sat at a table went over my application. The interview lasted approximately 10 minutes at most. The manager was nice, however a little dull. The manager called the next day to offer me a position. I declined the offer, since I received a better offer earlier that day.
Good, very easy to understand the questions and I was very prepared. Not too bad, interviwer was very nice. In person during working hours. Interview was less than 30 minutes

easy process, they called back right away. They asked some questions on the phone and i went in for an interview. Asked me about experience and other simple questions. Got hired!

Interview
You sit down with the manager before the opening if the restaurant at a regular table. I talked with the general manager of who told me a little about who they are and what their training is like. They were very rigorous in their process for training. Then they asked a few questions and the whole thing was over in 4 minutes
