I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory in Feb 2015
Interview
The process took about 2 weeks. I applied online and received a call asking to schedule and interview and then confirming my availability. Went it was asked basic questions and overall was pretty easy. The interviewer had to change a couple questions for me since I have no experience but was nice about it. Didn't end up receiving a call back from them.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Glendale, WI) in Mar 2026
Interview
You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.

Interview
Very easy interview process. I sat down with one of the shift managers and we went over job duties, my experience and availability. They mostly ask about reliability and availability.

Interview
3 interviews, first 2 pretty much just about availability, last one was more scenario questions such as what you would do if you noticed a guest wasn't having a good experience and how to better it. Also asked about past work history, specifically if you've worked in retail or fast food/a restaurant before
