I applied online. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Pretty straightforward and right to the point. Ask scenario questions, and how you would feel about being a contributing factor to the restaurant's success. Probes your personality traits to see if you're a good fit.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in the company 5 years from now.
I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Fresno, CA)
Interview
Short and immediately hired. I will say they hire based mainly on recommendations from other employees. But the interview was good and I was explained everything that would be needed from me (licenses, food cards, etc) and they love open availability on the weekends.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Los Angeles, CA) in July 2025
Interview
The interviewer was nice, and the interview was fairly straightforward. Not too many questions were asked. The environment was nice, and the workers seemed happy to be there. Really great experience.
informal chat, getting to know you, one round. I would say that it is more about knowing your personality but of course you are also tested practically too. For instance, can you work under pressure, can you work well with other people - the stuff that shows your personality more so than grades.
