It takes some time for the person interviewing you to actually get to you. I understand that they do get busy but they can improve on that so the interviewee isn’t waiting too long or wants to leave.

I was initially sent a text message to schedule an on-site interview. The on-site interview lasted about 15 minutes. The interviewer explained the position, compensation, and benefits, and we discussed my desired schedule. I was then asked to return for another interview with the Senior Manager, which lasted about 10 minutes.
