I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Boston, MA)
Interview
I applied online then got called in to interview with a manager about a week and a half later. The online application consisted of a personality test as well as an analytical test. The manager basically asked me my reasons for applying and about my schedule. The second round interview was with a general manager. They asked the same type of questions as well as a couple pertaining to my previous work experience as a server. It was very easy going; they were very friendly people.

-Why did you decide to apply for a job at the Cheesecake Factory?
I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Fresno, CA)
Interview
Short and immediately hired. I will say they hire based mainly on recommendations from other employees. But the interview was good and I was explained everything that would be needed from me (licenses, food cards, etc) and they love open availability on the weekends.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Los Angeles, CA) in July 2025
Interview
The interviewer was nice, and the interview was fairly straightforward. Not too many questions were asked. The environment was nice, and the workers seemed happy to be there. Really great experience.
informal chat, getting to know you, one round. I would say that it is more about knowing your personality but of course you are also tested practically too. For instance, can you work under pressure, can you work well with other people - the stuff that shows your personality more so than grades.
