Interview
A couple of weeks after filling out the form online for the position (it is mandatory that you do so), I received a call for an interview.
I was interviewed by two managers, one at a time. They were very pleasant and asked me a few questions about my previous experiences as a server and what would make me a good fit for the position.

Short and immediately hired. I will say they hire based mainly on recommendations from other employees. But the interview was good and I was explained everything that would be needed from me (licenses, food cards, etc) and they love open availability on the weekends.

The interviewer was nice, and the interview was fairly straightforward. Not too many questions were asked. The environment was nice, and the workers seemed happy to be there. Really great experience.
informal chat, getting to know you, one round. I would say that it is more about knowing your personality but of course you are also tested practically too. For instance, can you work under pressure, can you work well with other people - the stuff that shows your personality more so than grades.
