Did video interview with the recruiter , basically just told me about the job and scheduled me second video interview with the hiring manager, it was easy they asked 5 questions , they want you to answer questions using STAR method . Took a week to get an offer .

Tell me about a time you had to deal with a frustrated or upset customer or patient. How did you handle the situation, and what was the outcome?
Great questions and lots of positive information about the company and job role. I liked the scenario questions. Interview was short and sweet and straightforward. My interviewer was nice and friendly as well.
