Interview
HR called to arrange for the first assessment centre and interview. The session was a "get to know you" session where candidates have to mingle and network. After which, there was an individual interview with some of the senior employees. Questions were rather straight forward, to get to know you better, such as what you did in school and how you demonstrated leadership skills in the past, etc.
Subsequently, there was a second assessment centre and interview. Candidates were given a case study to discuss and present as a group. The interview after that was rather similar as before.

Interview
The HR-focused interview is typically brief, emphasizing behavioral questions to assess your personality, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving approach, while also evaluating your overall communication skills, confidence, and professional presence. The interviewers were very relaxed.
The interview process was quite long, but you got to learn a lot of elements while preparing for both your group and personal projects, by the end you got to meet with HR director and MD. Even though the process is a long one, it's a smooth one. very nice personal.
