I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company in Aug 2012
Interview
I applied for the position online and a couple days later I was called by a recruiter who told me about the position, told the pay rate, and asked a few interview questions. I was then asked to set up a time for an interview with a supervisor the very next day.
The interview was probably the easiest interview I have ever had and I am not a fan of any type of interview. This one was extremely laid back and there was only 4 questions that where all very easy and related directly towards the job. After the 4 questions they basically just asked if I had any questions for them and that was about it.
Three days later I was called and offered the position and asked to set up a background test and drug test within 48 hours.

Interview
Really just an interview to see if you're physically capable of the job. Warehouse supervisor / manager probably just wants to see you in person to get a better idea if you'll quit right away in all honesty.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Houston, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
Applied online, got an email requesting a phone interview. Phone call took about 5 minutes, scheduled an in person interview with the shift manager. Was asked situational questions then told to wait for a phone call with the decision. About 3 days later got an email saying they went with someone more qualified. Then a week later received another phone call from a different location saying they saw that I applied and was recently interviewed and wanted to interview me for their location. So I have another interview with a different manager/location in a day.
