I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Atlanta, GA) in June 2011
Interview
First there was a phone conversation with HR Recruiter followed by a phone conversation with the hiring manager. The next week for a call back, you meet live in Atlanta complex. There were both one-on-ones and panel interviews. Uses the STAR technique that is somewhat cumbersome.

Can you tell me about a time when you used your initiative to improve something in the workplace?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Istanbul) in June 2026
Interview
The interview process was structured and professional. It started with an initial recruiter screening, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and senior team members. The questions focused on leadership experience, business impact, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and examples of managing teams through change. Overall, the process was challenging but fair, and communication was clear throughout.
