I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Houston, TX) in Dec 2013
Interview
There will be a recruiter to call you and ask you to come in and talk to the hiring supervisor they sit you down for a one on one. When you get there the hiring supervisor walks you through the facility so you can get the feel for what they expect and they talk to you about all the goals. All in all it is a very easy process you basically got the job after the interview just have to get through the background check.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. What made you decide to work for Coca Cola?

I applied online. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Winter Haven, FL) in Nov 2023
Interview
Video interview that asks 7 questions that aren’t hard at all then phone interview that leads to direct hire for the role. The process was extremely easy compared to other roles
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company in Feb 2019
Interview
Really just an interview to see if you're physically capable of the job. Warehouse supervisor / manager probably just wants to see you in person to get a better idea if you'll quit right away in all honesty.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Houston, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
Applied online, got an email requesting a phone interview. Phone call took about 5 minutes, scheduled an in person interview with the shift manager. Was asked situational questions then told to wait for a phone call with the decision. About 3 days later got an email saying they went with someone more qualified. Then a week later received another phone call from a different location saying they saw that I applied and was recently interviewed and wanted to interview me for their location. So I have another interview with a different manager/location in a day.
