pretty good. seems nice at first. 1-3 person interview at times. they walked me through the sales floor, had me sit with a rep as they conducted the call with customer. i am bilingual so I had to do the Spanish assessment.

Phone interview, followed by an in person interview with two supervisors on location. Very straight forward, very friendly interviewers who made the process very painless. Starts with a call to set up a phone interview the next day. You will than get an email to have an in person interview set up for the same week or following week.

Interview
The Interview process took about two and a half hours and i was the first to complete test and interview so i imagine it could take longer. The first part was a 200 question assessment if you passed that you moved on to the interview with human resources and a second interview with a sales manager.
