First telephonic discussion with HR,next virtual client round that goes on hour.
After once you crack both the rounds , HR will call you for salary discussion, You can negotiate the salary of they offer you. But overall it's a very friendly interview with Avg difficulty.

Interview
The director of the company and I communicated by email at first, setting up a time for me to come into the office for an interview. Covid protocols were followed and it was nice to chat face to face. This meeting essentially functioned as a general introduction, in which he explained what the company does, showed me a number of their past projects, and then I was given the opportunity to discuss with him my own background and the portfolio pieces I brought in. After this, I was given a few weeks to work on a mock design project in order for the company to get a feel for my skill and artistic process.
