I wrote a book about interviewing process so I could go about this but effectively there was a relaxed and informal setting because initial discussion was held over lunch with a couple of guests who did most of the talking and had some questions the the meeting continued for about half an hour afterwards with a one on one canvassing industry background and speciffic experience
