Interview
There were two stages: an in-person interview with Stephanie and an online call with the directors. The first was warm and friendly, but the second felt disappointing and overly focused on generic questions. I was particularly surprised by a question about copywriting responsibilities for a design role, which had not been mentioned in the job description.
