I got an interview during an on-campus career fair and was interviewed in the middle of February by two people on campus. The interview lasted about an hour with the typical behavioral questions, except every question was the same yet slightly modified. They expected an immense amount of detail, and I wasn’t given any signs as to how to interview was actually going. After a couple months of waiting for a response, I was finally emailed an automated “we’ve decided to move forward with other candidates” message in May. The dynamic of the interviewers was interesting - similar to a “good cop, bad cop” idea.

The first step was an in person interview with HR and the hiring manager. You also did a ride along with one of their Sales Reps to see if the position would actually be a good fit for you and if you would be a good fit for the company. The rep evaluates you and advises management if you should move forward in the interview process, etc. Not certain if the process has changed.
