Interview
Brief phone call with E.D., followed up by Skype interview with entire staff (since I was out of state). The questions were pretty standard, and staff members were allowed to ask questions. The offer came pretty shortly after interview. A painless process.

The E.D. at the time (now no longer at the agency) asked how I would handle organizational dysfunction. This should have been a red flag. :)

Interview
Group Skype interview from out of state. All staff participated and staff members allowed to ask their own questions. Since the staff is so small, it is easy to allow everyone to participate. I also liked this way of doing things because it gave me a sense of who I'd be working with.
