The interview process was not formal for me because it was a move from a previous government contracting company to another, but the same position in a staff augmentation capacity. The most important thing is to try to surmise the grade of the position you are applying for so when they ask for desired salary you do not get lowballed. The company itself was incredibly disorganized and very unclear as to their benefits.
