The Mast General Store interview questions

Interview process was quick. One interview that lasted about 20min with typical questions such as "What is a weakness of yours?", "What are 3 words you would use to describe yourself."...

Involved two people- main manager & one floor manager. Asked a series of questions. Relatively easy. Perked up when they heard I knew someone from store. Were fishing for someone to be around for a bit (that is fine but they only seemed to be fine with college types if they were established to work only during summer & give every weekend). Took a few days for them to call me back for an offer.
