2 round interview with members of executive team. Relevant questions and old fashioned where do you want to be in 10 years etc. Prompt in making decisions and getting back to you. Very good experience

There were two rounds of interviews. First with the Chief Business Officer and second with the Business Director. Both were pretty standard interviews. They just wanted to see if you knew what you were doing and that you could pick the role up and run with it. They also explained the background of the agency. They focused on seeing if you were a good fit culturally too.
