The NOW Experience Guide interview questions

The interview was easy to average (I have done a lot of interviews). They asked about my past work experience and why I was applying to their location. They asked why I wanted the Experience Guide job and I was honest and told them that I have had jobs like this in the past and felt happy at my past work environments like this.

Started with a phone interview, then within the next couple of days an in-person interview and a short (3-ish hour shift) shadow session to let me see what a day would be like. After the manager recommended it, I was scheduled to do a brief skype interview with one of the owners. The whole process took just about a week.
