Interview
The interview process was overall very casual and comfortable. It is a small company where you work directly under the Boss. The boss is honest with his comments on your work and does not beat around the bush. Critical but helpful. He is open to answer and explain any questions you have and makes sure that you know that assisting is hard work. Do not need to dress super formally and just be honest with you abilities.
