I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Radu Group (Naperville, IL) in Feb 2022
Interview
As others have already described, the position advertised as "Entry Level Management" is in reality a commission-only insurance sales position. They will seemingly hire anyone, since the interview process is just a brief presentation trying to convince you to sign up. They did not ask any questions about experience or skills. They do not provide any benefits. If this is the kind of job you are pursuing, that is fine, but this company seems like they want to down play the business model that they actually use.

Question 1
Basically they are only concern if you have a driver's license and are willing to pay for a background check.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Radu Group (Naperville, IL) in Mar 2019
Interview
First interview was a brief summary of your skills and how you heard about the job. That same day, after individual interview (5 minutes) we were placed in a conference room with 15 other interviewees. 30 minute power point presentation about the company and ranks. Asked to take a survey at the end of the presentation and leave it faced down on the table before leaving. No time for questions with anyone. Got a call that same night to come in to a final interview. Scheduled final interview. Position is not what it sounds like, it is commission only and must pay to get a certificate. Does not pay for 2-3 week of training. Title is misleading, it is not management position only Sales. No room to change strategies or innovation. one of the requirements is "Must stay coachable."
