Then the employee was able to tell about themselves and talk about past jobs.
Was able to ask questions about company benefits. After the interview the potential candidate was able to ask any other questions that they had

It was a different interview process, instead of sitting down and asking me questions, they took me for a tour of the store and made comments and contributed my thoughts. After that, It took a over a week to get the phone interview and it took another week for them to complete the background check.

it was long and lots of tell me questions, it took almost 2 hours. some of those question did not relate to work environment, at the end its a charity organization if you like not to move up join them you will be doing the same job year after year no advancement , improvement, or training.
