The Shopping Channel interview questions

Interview was quite straight forward, lasted 3days and got an offer. Started with a simulation test in a call centre environment which was pretty straightforward and personality quiz which lasted around 45minutes.

I was referred by an employee. Received an email request for a phone interview, did that, was told I would hear back within two weeks, heard back the next via phone that I was selected to move forward. Did a group panel interview a few days later.
