Not bad. The pay cld be better

It’s meant to be part of Roger’s but a lot of the benefits Roger’s employees get. You don’t get. Even to career advancement

Probably the discount was a pro

Cons

Management was terrible, they would gossip and not do their work and throw it on others and then yell and bully you. It was a terrible place to work

Employee sales a few times a year. Discount on phone / internet bill

Cons

Underpaid compared to other places with the same work. Mess up pay often & such an inconvenience to get it fixed. Salary is embarrassingly low
