The Tess Group interview questions

Quick, simple and effective. Feels as though they hire more for a cultural fit rather than exact skills and experience which is refreshing. Initially I received a call from a guy about a job I applied for online and he booked me in for an interview the next day after sending my CV to his manager. At my interview it was very relaxed yet formal and they asked some strange questions like what item in a supermarket I'd be. They made it out to be a tough job in a good environment.
