      contacted on friday asked if i was looking, I said yes - got first stage interview on Tuesday and second stage with micro teach on friday was offered the job by 4pm - wow these guys are so friendly and I cannot wait to work with them all

      none at the moment, start work next week

      Pros

      I love working with Tess easily the best provider out there. They are very motivating and the don’t just abandon you when you have a bad time but they well you. Their senior managers are very experienced and calm yet ambitious. I love working with my colleagues and I feel like we are all part of one big team who actually help our customers.

      Cons

      Not any I can think of. Poor trainers get weeded out quite fast which can frustrate the person
