I submitted a resume and then received an email to request a time for a phone call. The interviewer was pleasant and totally professional and asked the types of questions you would expect on a screen call. creening phone call; another phone call and one interview.

They asked more questions about me as an individual than in my professional abilities. Kind of good, because it meant they wanted to get to know me as a person, but kind of bad, because I didn't get asked the kind of questions that would really allow me to showcase my experience.

Interview

First it was a phone interview that lead to a personal interview with 2 members of the company. They were happy with my performance and background but the project that I was going to work for, got on hold (or that's what they told me), so I didn't get the job.
