I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Trade Desk (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2016
Interview
First was a 30 minute phone interview with HR, basically a screening call. I then had another 30 minute phone interview about a week later with a potential boss. Questions were very similar in each interview and there seemed to be a lack of communication with respective parties about job particulars.

General knowledge of the industry; how I prioritize work; what I look for in company culture.
Multiple stages; first with HR, then with hiring manager and subsequently with members of the team. HR was excellent and provided a good overview of the process, the structure of the teams and their roles and what to expect during the interview.
